The new Lismore Womens Resource Centre, auspiced by Northern Rivers Womens and Childrens Services, will open its doors at the end of August. The renovated and refurbished premises in Woodlark Street will provide services to women such as a womens library, internet access, counselling and group work choices, and community noticeboard facilities.

The Women's Resource Service is again this year hosting a Women's Art Sharing and Support Group. Christabelle Baranay will facilitate the group in Brunswick Heads.
